We’re big fans (and exclusive UK stockists) of these high quality, traditional method sparkling wines from early adopters of organics, Fasoli Gino, in the Veneto, an hour from Verona.

Made from the key local varieties – Corvinone for the rosato, Garganega for the bianco – these wines enjoy over 60 months lees ageing, making the bubbles fine, the mousse elegant, the mouthfeel rich, and the flavours toasty.
