A 50-50 blend of Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc from a large biodynamic grower in Cuenca, La Mancha, Spain. Cloudy, dry, crisp and yeasty, with flavours of fresh lemon and green apple.

Night harvesting helps create an assertive acidity, which makes this a vibrant aperitif, but also a versatile companion to food.
