Natural Chilean red. A co-fermentation of 92% Syrah with a white grape (in this case Roussanne), to make the wine more aromatic, soft and approachable, as is traditional in the northern Rhône.
No additions – of sulphites or yeasts, or anything else! The wine opens up with aeration, revealing bold flavours of plum jam and black olive. Fruity, juicy, fresh and full.
