Fasoli Gino, Sparkling Rosé Wine ‘Creaman’ 2012

Fasoli Gino were early adopters of organics, back in the 1980s, after the father of the current owner operators experienced respiratory trouble after using agri-chemicals in the vineyard.

We are very excited to introduce this traditional method sparkling rosato to the UK. Made from local variety Corvinone, this wine has spent over 60 months on the lees.

It’s an enticing mix of strawberry, cherry and nectarine fruit flavours, enriched with notes of almond, pastry and brioche.

It’s a memorable celebration bottle, and surprisingly versatile with food – seafood, lighter vegetable dishes and lighter cured meats.
